How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to permanently delete your INP DocReader account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 — Send an Email

Send an email to:
itsmoonspark@gmail.com

Step 2 — Use This Subject Line

Account Deletion Request

Step 3 — Include in the Email Body

  • Your registered phone number
  • A brief note confirming you want your account permanently deleted

What Happens After You Request

  • We will process your request within 30 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation reply once your account is deleted
  • After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in with that phone number

What Data Gets Deleted

Once your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:

  • Phone number and account credentials
  • Contact list uploaded from your device
  • Login history and device information
  • Credits, coins, and referral data
  • All other personal information linked to your account

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Deletion requests from unregistered email addresses may not be processed — please mention your registered phone number clearly
  • If you face any difficulty, contact us at the same email address
